Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Poyo Jelly mobile game (called Gelée Poyo in French), published by APPYNAMIC (company ID 80321944300014), 23 rue Raoul Briquet, 62700 Bruay-la-Buissière, France. Poyo Jelly is a game for children: these terms are addressed to the parent or legal guardian who installs it. By installing or using the game, you accept them.

The game

Poyo Jelly is a free game for children aged 4 to 9, with no advertising and no in-app purchases. It works without an account. Its content (activities, Poyos, outfits, places) may change with updates; we may add, change or remove features to improve the game or keep it working on new devices.

Licence

APPYNAMIC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, nor remove its notices, except where the law expressly allows it.

Parents' responsibility

The game is designed to be played by young children with a parent's supervision. The settings, the microphone controls and the only link to the outside (the game's Google Play page) are kept in a parent area opened by a long press. Parents choose which features to allow and how long their child plays.

Pictures made in the game

Pictures of Poyos saved with the 📷 button are stored only on your device. You may keep and share them for private, non-commercial use. The characters and artwork shown in them remain the property of APPYNAMIC.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, the Poyos, the artwork, sounds, music, code and texts are protected by intellectual property law and belong to APPYNAMIC or its licensors. These terms give you no right over them other than the licence above.

Privacy

How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the game working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or available on every device. The game is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under French and European law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the game after an update means accepting the new terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. Consumers may also use a mediator or the courts competent under the law.
