Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Doku Tap mobile game, published by APPYNAMIC (company ID 80321944300014), 23 rue Raoul Briquet, 62700 Bruay-la-Buissière, France. By downloading, installing or using the game, you accept them.

The game

Doku Tap is a free logic puzzle game with bonus mini-games, a Zen Garden and companions to collect. It works without an account. It is funded by advertising and offers a single optional purchase that removes the ads. Its content (levels, mini-games, companions, rewards) may change with updates: we may add, change or remove features to improve the game or keep it working on new devices.

Licence

APPYNAMIC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, nor remove its notices, except where the law expressly allows it.

Advertising and the "Remove ads" purchase

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners, as described in the Privacy Policy. The one-off Remove ads purchase (tap_remove_ads) is sold and processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms: it removes the ads from the game on the Google account it was bought with, and can be restored with Restore purchases. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and your statutory rights.

In-game rewards

Hints, lives, fish, streak freezes, companions and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the game. They may be adjusted when the game is balanced or updated.

Google Play Games, leaderboards and fair play

Leaderboards, achievements and cloud save use Google Play Games, which is optional and governed by Google's terms. Leaderboards rely on honest play: cheating, exploiting bugs, or submitting falsified scores may result in scores being removed. Your Play Games display name is chosen by you on Google's side; please keep it respectful.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, the companions, the artwork, sounds, music, puzzles, code and texts are protected by intellectual property law and belong to APPYNAMIC or its licensors. These terms give you no right over them other than the licence above.

Privacy

How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the game working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or available on every device. The game is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under French and European law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the game after an update means accepting the new terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. Consumers may also use a mediator or the courts competent under the law.
