Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Doku Hole game, made by APPYNAMIC (company ID 80321944300014), 23 rue Raoul Briquet, 62700 Bruay-la-Buissière, France. Doku Hole is in development: these terms apply to the versions we share before release (previews, tests) and will be updated for the published game. Using the game means accepting them.

The game

Doku Hole is a free game set in the Doku universe: you drive a hole that swallows what is smaller than itself and grows, across levels, an Adventure and a Zen mode. It works without an account, shows no ads and sells nothing. A version in development may contain bugs, change a lot from one build to the next, and reset your progress.

Licence

APPYNAMIC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify, decompile or redistribute the game, or remove its notices, except where the law expressly allows it.

In-game rewards

Coins, stars, chests, skins and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game, and may be adjusted when the game is balanced or updated.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, the Doku pets, the artwork, sounds, music, levels, code and texts are protected by intellectual property law and belong to APPYNAMIC or its licensors. These terms give you no right over them other than the licence above.

Privacy

How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Availability and liability

The game is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law, and may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly while in development. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes, and will before it is published. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. Consumers may also use a mediator or the courts competent under the law.
